Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at https://houstonnovacleaning.com or using any services provided by Texas Nova Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Texas Nova Cleaning provides professional residential cleaning services across Texas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Booking and Cancellations
When you book a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and cleaning needs. We will confirm your appointment via phone, text, or email.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior communication may be charged the full service amount.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Final pricing is based on the size of the property, type of cleaning, and any additional services requested. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund for the affected service.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to our SMS marketing campaign, you agree to the following terms:
- You consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Texas Nova Cleaning at the phone number you provided.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To cancel: Text STOP to any message you receive from us to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- For help: Text HELP to any of our messages for assistance, or contact us at support@novacleaning.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers.

Liability and Insurance
Texas Nova Cleaning carries liability insurance to protect against accidental damage during service. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess and address any valid claims promptly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Nova Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Property Access and Safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to your property and ensuring that the environment is safe for our cleaning team. Please secure any valuables, fragile items, or personal belongings prior to our arrival. Please notify us of any hazards, pets, or access restrictions in advance.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Texas Nova Cleaning and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
