Terms & Payment: Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may be adjusted on-site. A valid card is kept on file to reserve your appointment — no deposit is charged. About 24 hours before service your card is pre-authorized (funds placed on hold, like a hotel or rental car) and the final amount is charged only after your cleaning is completed. Our teams bring all supplies. Satisfaction guarantee: not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the area free. Walk-Through & Estimates: a quick walk-through before and after each clean confirms scope, condition, and your satisfaction. If the actual condition, size, scope, or requested services differ from the information provided, a revised estimate may be presented before work begins — no additional work is performed without your approval.
Cancellation, Access & Rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule free with 24+ hours notice. Less than 24 hours (including same-day) or after the team is on the way: $50 fee. If our team arrives and cannot gain access — after traveling to the property and reserving your appointment time — the full service amount may be charged. No-show, lockout, or no access (not home, locked gate, wrong code, no working utilities, unsecured pets, or unsafe conditions): 100% of the service total.
